Welcome to my blog. I’m a Real Estate Agent who helps foreigners and native Japanese find comfortable places to live in Kansai Region and all over Japan. When I speak to my clients and ask them what do they like to do on their time off from work they always tell me they like to get outside, travel around, and enjoy Japan. This blog will also be about one of my passions and the passions of many expats in Japan, sightseeing and traveling. If you’re a long term resident or have a family like me I am also going to post articles on how to, Lifestyle, and culture in the Kansai and Hokuriku regions of Japan.

My name is Franz Karl I am an Independent Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX Japan. My home agency is RE/MAX WINNERS based in Yodogawa Ku near Shin Osaka Station. 

I have been living in Japan since 2006. I am a husband and a father. My wife is from Aomori prefecture. My have a passion for traveling and culture. I have experienced living in various regions of Japan including the Tokai Region, Kansai Region, Hokuriku Region and the Tohoku Regions of Japan.  I have lived in the citiies of Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, and Towada which is located in Aomori Perfecture. I have also live in the country side and my wife and I own a home in Ishikawa perfecture. 

Most Expats picture Real Estate agents in Japan as a Japanese. As a Real Estate agent of European decent in Japan. I want to make the process of finding comfortable homes and places to live in Japan easier so you do not have to feel the stress and awkwardness when using a Japanese Real Estate Agency.  My ultimate goal is to create a valued on going relationships with clients that continues through out their stay in Japan.
