This flyer will be at the 京都市国際交流会館 (KOKOKA) from September.
The Hardest Part of Being an Independent Real Estate Agent:
Is finding clients. Almost 70% of my time as an Independent Real Estate agent is spent finding and attracting clients. The rest is learning the business and using what skills I already have to help clients find comfortable places to live in Japan. When I started out as an Independent Real Estate agent I had no marketing or advertising experience so I started from the beginning. I started my research, I watched you tube video's on marketing, opened a skill share account, and learned various ways to market my service. I have learned a lot over the past few years but I have so much more to learn.
What you need to become an independent Real Estate Agent you need:
Marketing skills, know what problems the clients face when looking for a places to live in Japan and how to help solve these problems, Real Estate knowledge which comes with experience, patience, and the ability to work independently.
