My name is Franz Karl, I am your Real Estate Agent in Japan. My mission is to help you build a comfortable life in Japan. I made every mistake you can possibly make here and want to help you avoid the same. Like to share with you my experiences living in this beautiful country. 

Who am I: 

I have been living in Japan since 2006 

I have lived in the Kansai Hokuriku area for almost 16 years. I am a husband and a father.  I am an Independent Real Estate Agent for RE/MAX Winners in Osaka. 
Hobbies: 

Meditation, natural cures, the Vedic Sciences, Holistic Vedic Astrology, swimming, exercising, running, hiking, motor bike touring, Onsen, Matsuri, Japanese language as well as dialects, German Language, history, traditionally Japanese culture, and living in the country side in Japan. 

About me

I am the quintessential immigrant, both my parents are from Germany and immigrated to a different country in the 1970s. Though I was born and grew up in a different country from Germany I never felt like I fit in there. After I graduated from the University I wanted to find my own place and I was off to a new adventure Japan.
